Upload a file for a KYC document
POST/api/v1/kyc_documents/:id/upload
Attaches a PDF file to an existing KYC document. Document must be in requested or rejected status.

The PDF file was attached to the KYC document, transitioning its status to uploaded.
Missing, invalid, or expired OAuth 2.0 bearer token.
The OAuth access token does not include the scope required for this operation.
No KYC document with this ID exists, or it belongs to a tenant the authenticated OAuth application cannot access.
The file could not be attached because the document has already been approved; only requested, rejected, or previously uploaded documents accept a new file.
