Submit the public party-update form

Public unauthenticated endpoint. The recipient of a party update invitation uses this endpoint to submit updated party information (IBAN, BIC, VAT number, addresses, contacts). Access is gated on the signed token embedded in the invitation link. Returns 410 Gone when the token is invalid, expired, or already used. No OAuth credentials required.

The client exceeded a submission throttle on this endpoint. Two apply: 10 requests per 10 minutes from one IP address, and 5 requests per hour for one invitation token (config/initializers/rack_attack.rb). The body names neither which limit fired nor how much of it is left - Retry-After is the only signal to back off on.
