Update an establishment
PATCH/api/v1/establishments/:id
Updates an existing establishment. Authorization is based on the OAuth application's tenant access.

The establishment was updated and is returned with its new attribute values.
The request is missing a bearer token, or the token is invalid or expired.
The establishment does not exist, or it belongs to a workspace the OAuth application cannot access.
The establishment payload failed validation; the response body lists each invalid attribute and the reason under errors.
