Update a category
PATCH/api/v1/categories/:id
Updates an existing category. The category must belong to a tenant accessible by the OAuth application.

Returns the updated category.
The request did not include a valid OAuth 2.0 access token.
No category exists with the given id, or it belongs to a workspace the access token's OAuth application is not linked to.
The category payload failed validation. The response body's error field is unprocessable_entity and details reports the blank name.
