Trigger a quote lifecycle transition

Trigger a lifecycle state transition for a quote.

Available transitions depend on current state:

• draft → finalize, cancel
• sent → accept, reject, expire, cancel
• accepted → convert

The transition was applied; the response reflects the quote's new lifecycle_state

401

The request did not include a valid OAuth 2.0 access token

404

No quote exists with the given ID, or it belongs to another workspace

422

The requested event is not a valid transition from the quote's current lifecycle state (draft: finalize/cancel, sent: accept/reject/expire/cancel, accepted: convert)
