List mandates for a company

Create a mandate for a company
Creates a new mandate for the specified company
Retrieve a mandate by ID
Returns a single mandate by ID. Authorization is based on the OAuth application's tenant access.
Update a mandate
Updates an existing editable mandate. Only mandates in incomplete or rejected state can be updated. While the mandate's signature is pending or completed its signed terms are locked: scopes, start_date, end_date, the previous approved platform fields and the signer's first name, last name and role are refused until the pending signature is cancelled or the signed document removed.
Delete a mandate
Soft-deletes a mandate by transitioning it to the deleted state. Allowed from incomplete, pending_review, and rejected states. Active and terminated mandates cannot be deleted.
Submit a mandate for review
Transitions a mandate from incomplete to pending_review state. Requires signed document and complete KYC documents (if applicable).
Schedule mandate termination
Schedules the termination of an active mandate by setting an end_date (minimum tomorrow). The mandate remains active until a daily sweep job terminates it on or after the scheduled date.
Upload signed document for a mandate
Attaches a signed PDF document to an editable mandate.
Trigger electronic signature for a mandate
Sends the mandate to the signature provider for electronic signature. Sets the mandate signature_status to pending (does not change the mandate state). If the signature is already pending, the pending request is first cancelled at the signature provider, or confirmed already closed there (cancelled, expired or declined), before a new one is opened. When it can be neither cancelled nor confirmed closed, no new request is opened and the mandate's pending signature request is left as it is.
Cancel a mandate's pending electronic signature
Cancels the in-flight signature request of a mandate whose signature_status is pending. The mandate's signature_status becomes cancelled and the provider request id, status and expiry are cleared, which releases the lock on the mandate's signed terms so they can be edited and sent for signature again.
Remove a mandate's signed document
Detaches the signed PDF from an editable mandate (incomplete or rejected) and resets its signature_status to not_initiated. This releases the lock on the mandate's signed terms, so the intended sequence for correcting a signed or rejected mandate is: remove the signed document, update the terms, then trigger a new signature.
Get the signature status of a mandate
Returns the current signature status for the specified mandate.
