Look up France PID national directory entries

Queries the France PID national directory by SIREN or SIRET. Exactly one of siren or siret must be provided. Standard callers receive public fields only; Approved-Platform (white-label) callers additionally receive platform_registry_number, platform_registry_qualifier, effective_from_on, effective_to_on, effective_to_confirmed_on, and instance_number.

Approved-Platform (white-label) callers additionally receive the restricted registry fields (platform_registry_number, platform_registry_qualifier, effective_from_on, effective_to_on, instance_number); standard callers receive public fields only.
