List a company's bank statements
GET/api/v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/companies/:company_id/bank_statements
Returns the company's uploaded statements, newest first. Poll this - or the single-statement read - after an upload: a 202 means the files exist and are yours to follow, never that the extraction finished.

The page query parameter is not an integer greater than or equal to 1, or it names a page beyond the last one for this filter. per_page is NOT part of this: an unreadable one falls back to the default rather than erroring.
The request carries no bearer token, or one that is invalid or expired. doorkeeper_authorize! is the first gate of the chain, so this is answered before the workspace, the company, the feature flag and the statement are ever resolved - and before any Idempotency-Key is claimed.
The token holds no grant for this workspace.
No company with this id exists in the workspace named in the path. A company belonging to ANOTHER workspace answers the same way - even when your token also holds a grant for that one - so the response cannot be used to probe for a company. Resolved before the action runs, so this reaches every operation on this path.
