List a company's payment batches

/api/v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/companies/:company_id/payment_batches

Returns the company's supplier-payment batches, newest first. A filter value that is not one the resource holds matches nothing rather than being ignored.

No company with this id belongs to the resolved workspace. A company of another workspace answers the same way, so the response cannot be used to probe for one.
