List a company's bank accounting entries

GET 
/api/v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/companies/:company_id/bank_accounting_entries

Returns the company's accounting entries projected from bank operations, newest entry date first. Entries are not created through this API - one appears when an operation is posted, and it is recomputed from the confirmed allocation set rather than edited. Invoice-sourced entries are never returned here. Every row carries its ledger lines, so one call is enough to see where each part of a partially allocated operation went.
