List accounting ledgers for a workspace
GET/api/v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/accounting_ledgers
Returns a paginated list of the accounting journals belonging to the workspace's companies, ordered by code.

A paginated list of the workspace's accounting ledgers, ordered by code and narrowed by the optional company_id filter.
The request did not include a valid OAuth 2.0 access token.
The access token's OAuth application is not linked to this workspace, or no such workspace exists.
