Retrieve a webhook endpoint by ID
GET/api/v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/webhook_endpoints/:id
Returns a single webhook endpoint by ID. Never includes the signing_secret.

The requested webhook endpoint. The signing_secret is never included.
The request is missing a bearer token, or the token is invalid or expired.
The OAuth application's token is valid, but the application has no access grant for the requested workspace, or no such workspace exists.
No webhook endpoint with this id exists in this workspace.
