Retrieve a KYC document by ID
GET/api/v1/kyc_documents/:id
Returns a single KYC document by ID. Authorization is based on the OAuth application's tenant access.

Missing, invalid, or expired OAuth 2.0 bearer token.
No KYC document with this ID exists, or it belongs to a tenant the authenticated OAuth application cannot access.
