Retrieve a bank sync

/api/v1/bank_syncs/:id

Returns one sync run. This is the endpoint to poll after a 202: state tells you whether the work is still in flight, and a terminal failed or partial is reported here rather than only in a log.

No sync with this id is reachable by the token's grants. A run belonging to another workspace answers the same way, so the response cannot be used to probe for one.
