Retrieve a payment batch
GET/api/v1/payment_batches/:id
Returns one payment batch. Poll it after a submission: the batch's state and its instructions' status are the only evidence that money moved.

The payment batch.
No payment batch with this id is reachable by the token's grants. A batch of another workspace answers the same way, so the response cannot be used to probe for one.
