Retrieve a bank accounting entry

/api/v1/bank_accounting_entries/:id

Returns one accounting entry projected from a bank operation, with its ledger lines. exported is derived on every read rather than stored, so it reflects the entry as it is now.

No accounting entry with this id is reachable by the token's grants. An entry belonging to another workspace answers the same way, so the response cannot be used to probe for one - and so does an invoice-sourced entry, which this resource does not publish.
