Retrieve a bank account

/api/v1/bank_accounts/:id

Returns one bank account. readiness is derived on every read rather than stored, so it reflects the account as it is now.

No account with this id is reachable by the token's grants. An account belonging to another workspace answers the same way, so the response cannot be used to probe for one.
