Retrieve an accounting ledger by ID
GET/api/v1/accounting_ledgers/:id
Returns a single accounting ledger by ID. The ledger must belong to a company of a workspace the OAuth application can access.

No accounting ledger exists with the given id, or it belongs to a workspace the access token's OAuth application is not linked to.
