Delete a mandate
DELETE/api/v1/mandates/:id
Soft-deletes a mandate by transitioning it to the deleted state. Allowed from incomplete, pending_review, and rejected states. Active and terminated mandates cannot be deleted.

The mandate was soft-deleted (transitioned to the deleted state). No response body is returned.
Missing, invalid, or expired OAuth 2.0 bearer token.
The OAuth access token does not include the scope required for this operation.
No mandate with this ID exists, or it belongs to a tenant the authenticated OAuth application cannot access.
The mandate cannot be deleted because it is active or already terminated; only incomplete, pending_review, or rejected mandates can be deleted.
