Create a KYC document for a mandate

Creates a KYC document record with an attached file for the specified mandate.

The KYC document record was created for the mandate with the uploaded file attached, in the uploaded status.
Missing, invalid, or expired OAuth 2.0 bearer token.
The OAuth access token does not include the scope required for this operation.
No mandate with this ID exists, or it belongs to a tenant the authenticated OAuth application cannot access.
The request failed validation - for example the file is missing, kind is not a supported document type, or an additional document is missing its required description.
