Create a France PID directory entry for a company

Enqueues a change request to register or update a directory entry in the French Public Invoice Directory (PID). Returns the change request ID immediately; the actual directory operation is asynchronous.

The change request to create the directory entry was accepted and enqueued; the actual directory operation is submitted asynchronously over the PPF directory API. The response returns the change request ID, not the entry itself.
The request did not include a valid OAuth 2.0 bearer token.
Either the OAuth client lacks the write scope, or the directory feature is not enabled for this workspace.
No company exists with this ID, or it belongs to a workspace the authenticated OAuth client cannot access.
The entry payload failed validation; the response body's details object lists the failing attributes and error messages.
