Creates a new establishment for the specified company

The establishment was created for the specified company and is returned in full.
The request is missing a bearer token, or the token is invalid or expired.
The company does not exist, or it belongs to a workspace the OAuth application cannot access.
The establishment payload failed validation; the response body lists each invalid attribute and the reason under errors.
