Create a category
POST/api/v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/categories
Creates a new category in the specified workspace. Pass company_id to create a company-scoped category; omit it for a tenant-level template.

Returns the newly created category, either a tenant-level template or a company-scoped category depending on whether company_id was provided.
The request did not include a valid OAuth 2.0 access token.
The access token's OAuth application is not linked to this workspace, or no such workspace exists.
The category payload failed validation. The response body's error field is unprocessable_entity and details reports the blank name.
