Convert a quote to an invoice

POST 
/api/v1/quotes/:id/convert

Converts an accepted quote into a sales invoice. The quote transitions to "converted" state and a new draft invoice is created with data copied from the quote.

Only quotes in "accepted" lifecycle state can be converted.

The quote transitioned to converted state; a draft sales invoice was created and its ID is returned in converted_invoice_id
