Créer un journal comptable
POST/api/v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/accounting_ledgers
Crée un journal comptable pour une entreprise de l'espace de travail.
company_id est requis ici et fixé ensuite : un journal ne change jamais d'entreprise, et PATCH ignore le champ. code et name sont uniques au sein de l'entreprise.

The accounting ledger was created for the company named by company_id and is returned in full.
La requête ne comportait pas de jeton d'accès OAuth 2.0 valide.
The access token's OAuth application is not linked to this workspace, no such workspace exists, or the token carries no write scope.
The company_id names a company of another workspace.
The payload was refused: code is validation_failed and details.base carries the reason - a missing company_id, or a name/code the company already uses.
